Jennifer Cooper
- Instructional Designer for Academic Success Initiatives
Jennifer Cooper is in a dual role between the Student Success Hub and the Teaching Center. She works closely with key stakeholders and other subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver effective evidence-based online and face-to-face learning experiences such as for Pitt ACT, Strada grant initiatives, Kessler programming and more. Before arriving at Pitt, she was an Instructional Designer and faculty trainer at Eastern Gateway Community College. She has worked in higher education in a variety of roles over the past 16 years spanning from academic advising to program management and curriculum development. She has a Master's Degree in Education from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Kent State University.
