Continuing Personalized Education Opportunities within Pitt Studios

Abstract

The goal in year three of Personalized Education Opportunities within Pitt Studios is to continue the upwards trajectory of broadcast & video production at the University of Pittsburgh. Through paid internships within Pitt Studios, we offer students the opportunity to work with professional broadcast and video equipment, as well as network with industry professionals. As the Film & Media Studies Program continues adding broadcast classes, the number of students looking to expand on their classroom experiences will continue to grow. Pitt Studios is able to provide these students valuable mentoring and hands-on experiences, creating career paths for students upon graduation.
